Studio Rental Information
Available hours: Mon-Fri. 7:30 a.m.-2:00 p.m., Saturday after 2:00 p.m., after Sunday 2:00 p.m.
50'x30' Marley Floor $35.00 / hour
30'x30' Hardwood Floor $30.00 / hour
All payments must be paid in cash before using the space
Exact use of the space must be explained to the management.
No outside shoes allowed on either of the dance floors marley or hardwood.
Shoes that leave black marks are not allowed on the floors.
Only water is allowed in the Studios: No food, coffee, colored drinks, etc.
The piano must be treated as an expensive instrument.
Water bottles, coats, bags, books, etc. are not to be put on the piano.
Spike tape is not allowed on any floor.
Studio dressing and waiting areas are to be left in neat condition. Put trash in trash cans.
You will be held responsible for any damages.
Studios must be vacated on time.
Set-up, breakdown, cleanup, pack-up are all included in the reserved time.
